你的领导模式  在日常生活中，我们总有些机会担当领导的角色，有时可能是公司中的管理阶层，有时是一家之主，或要「管理」自己的孩子，你的领导模式是怎样的？ Ｑ：打开报章的游戏版，你喜欢在哪里玩呢？ Ａ、在家时 Ｂ、乘车时 Ｃ、在茶楼等位时 Ｄ、在公司偷偷玩  分析： [replyview]Ａ、在家时Ａ：皇者风范 你是天生的领袖，一站出来就能给人一种坚定、信心十足的感觉，很令人佩服，别人自然也愿意听你的。你很有主见，能够指挥若定，有一种皇者风范，本来是十分适合当领导者。不过，你有时显得霸气太强，叫人感到害怕，所以在适当时候宜收歛一下，这会有助事业发展。Ｂ、乘车时Ｂ：独来独往 你比较喜欢独立工作，不太习惯团队合作，所以也不太喜欢当领袖。不过，我们都不能独立存在的，总有机会要跟别人合作，而你也不能一世逃避，所以宜多熟练人际技巧，学会跟不同的人合作，以培养领导才能，这有助你取得更大的成就。Ｃ、在茶楼等位时Ｃ：处变不惊 你虽然没有吓人的气势，但胜在处事灵活有弹性，能够洞悉每个人的才能，从而给予适当的工作，此外，你的应变能力强，遇事处变不惊，在危急关头能够带领众人化危为机。不过，你有时会犹豫不决，稍欠决断力。Ｄ、在公司偷偷玩Ｄ：劲亲民 你是个与众同乐，相当「平民化」的领袖。你没有甚么架子，亦非常民主，会认真听听别人的意见才下决定，能照顾不同人的需要，不会一意孤行，所以甚得民心。你的缺点是欠缺威势，所以某些人会对你不甚信服。[/replyview]
