IBM</span>的新绩效管理制度叫个人业务承诺(<span lang="EN-US">ersonal Business Commitments - PBCs</span>),即除了由经理人作年终绩效考评外,员工亦可自己另寻找<span lang="EN-US">6</span>位同事,以匿名方式透过电子窗体考评,称为「<span
